The Process
At The Trusted Nanny I start with meeting you, or if you prefer, a phone call to establish your needs, requirements and expectations.
I'll then put together a position advert which, of course, will need to be signed off by yourself before going live.
Potential candidates will then be vetted and if I think they are suitable for your family the relevant information will be forwarded. If you are happy to proceed we would organize an interview, with myself present if required.
From there, if all are happy and would like to move forward we would discuss an offer and put this to the candidate.
I do offer a basic contract template which is part of my package but of course you are welcome to use your own if preferred.
Once contracts are signed I will issue an invoice for 10% of the candidates annual gross salary to be paid in full within 2 weeks.
If payment is not received within the 14 days of the invoice date a late payment charge will be issued of 5% of the invoice amount and a new invoice will be issued.
