A lovely private family is seeking an experienced, hands-on Head Housekeeper to join their household team.

This is a varied role overseeing all aspects of housekeeping within a beautiful country estate, managing the housekeeping team and maintaining high standards throughout. The ideal candidate will be equally comfortable in a formal, high-end private household and a relaxed family environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing the housekeeping team, staff rotas and cleaning schedules.

• Overseeing all cleaning, laundry, ironing and wardrobe care.

• Caring for antiques, fine finishes and delicate surfaces.

• Managing household stock, inventories and the House Bible.

• Front-of-house duties and formal table service.

We are recruiting on behalf of a private family for an experienced and reliable Housekeeper to work in their five-bedroom home in Priors Hardwick, near Banbury.

The position is 3 days per week, 4 hours per day (12 hours per week), with some flexibility around the working days.

A lovely private family is seeking a warm, experienced and proactive Mother’s Help / Family Support professional to join their household team.

This is a varied role supporting the family with childcare, school runs, children’s activities, errands, light organisation and pet care. The family has homes in London and Cornwall and travel will be required.

Working Pattern

• Five days per week with two consecutive days off.

• Approximately 90% of the time, this will be Monday–Friday.

• Days generally start at 6.30am, with a few hours off during the day.

Key Responsibilities

• Supporting with the children’s daily care, school runs and homework.

• Attending sports matches and activities when parents are unable to.

We are currently recruiting on behalf of an elderly couple who are looking for a kind, caring and reliable companion to provide some additional support within their home.

The position is for three hours, three mornings per week – Monday, Wednesday and Friday, with the hours likely to be first thing in the morning. Exact timings can be discussed with the successful candidate.

The role is primarily focused on providing companionship and giving the lady an extra pair of hands in the morning, while also offering some gentle assistance to her husband with basic everyday tasks as and when required.

The gentleman is elderly and, although generally independent, would benefit from a little support with certain things. This is not a heavy-care position.

Duties may include:

• Providing friendly companionship and conversation

• Offering companionship whilst the lady of the house runs errands
